- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This dentist office has the WORST customer service. Every time I call up there, they always cut me off and hang up on me. Today, I called up there to reschedule an appointment and as I was reconfirming my appointment time, they hung up on me once again. I called them right back. The lady I had talked to answered the phone again and I told her that "whoever" talked to me was very rude to me and that they hung up on me. I then proceeded to tell them that every time I go up there or even call them, they are rude and short with me and hang up on me every time. All she could say was "did you want to come to the appointment" and that she will let someone know. She didn't even apologize! On top of all of that, every time I go there, they always seem like they are just there for the money and not there for the customers satisfaction. Very displeased and will not be doing business there or at any of their other locations.October 29, 2017by Karena Williams
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Both of the doctors, Dr. Vandiver and Dr. Dillard, are wonderful! They explain treatment needs in terms the patient can understand. Dr. Vandiver actually did my first filling a year ago, great experience! Misty the hygienist is very thorough as well!August 04, 2017by Mirranda Grant
